My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms had a balcony and a great view, but my room wasn't ready until exactly at 4 pm, and it was one of the older ones not up to standards. The service was a mix; some staff members were really pleasant and helpful, but I encountered some attitude when I lost my key, which I found unacceptable due to the disorganization among the staff. The location was vibrant, being right on the beach, but it was overcrowded with non-guests at times. The dining options were decent but a bit overpriced for what was offered. Overall, a stay with both highlights and setbacks.
